triple security guarantee. For a period of 10 years you
receive guaranteed monthly rent, for 10 years the developers
cover the costs of maintenance and repair of the apartment
and for 10 years the developers will carry out the planned
modernisation measures.
10 year rent guarantee

guarantee to take care of any technical and optical
defects in the apartments for a period of 10 years.
This guarantee is also covered by maximum guarantee
by a large German bank.

10 year modernisation guarantee
Times change. What was modern yesterday is not
necessarily modern today. With real estate this is
often the case with bathroom design. To ensure an
immaculate and modern apartment, each investor
receives a modernisation guarantee. This guarantee
ensures a modern equipment in the apartment (please
refer to the specification). Should this standard
not be achieved (eg if the bath is older than 10
years old), then it will be replaced. This guarantee
is also covered by maximum guarantee by a large
German bank.

The responsibilities of a landlord of a leased apartment
also include the correct management of the property. As a
special service we offer to manage your apartment for the
first 10 years free-of-charge. This way you have more time
to deal with the more important things in your life.
