The developer is the Collage Group which has produced a
number of prestigious projects across India. Founded in
1990, The Collage Group is a research and knowledge-based
real estate firm. The management principle of Collage Group

Successful Projects
In addition to this project in Amritsar, The Collage
Group is also managing a number of other projects across

- An integrated shopping, entertainment and leisure
mall in Jalandhar spread over 700,000 sq ft. The mall is
under construction and is planned to be completed by
December 2008. The project has been approved under the
Punjab Government’s Mega Investment Scheme.
- A 30 acre lifestyle destination in Bhopal
- A 14 acre lifestyle and retail destination in
Dehradun
- A 600,000 sq ft integrated shopping, leisure and
entertainment destination, also in Amritsar
